Benedetta (Hulu) is a 2021 French biographical psychological drama film about Benedetta Carlini, a nun in the 17th century who joins an Italian convent while a young child and later has a lesbian love affair with another nun, while seeing religious visions. A fascinating subject with interesting insights into religious communities of the period.

DeleteHmmm. This isn't my usual type of film, but it's great to expand your horizons. I started watching All About Eve yesterday. I need to finish it but I've realized I've never seen it before. Not sure I like it, but I like the acting, the cast and dialogue too.

We are indeed roasting. But I was born here and tend to like the heat. Air conditioning saves us when it gets too bad.
