I only drink coffee in the mornings, and I drink it black and without any sweetening. I don't usually ponder weighty matters then, spending that time catching up on news stories, social media, and email newsletters. This morning I'll try to engage a different part of my brain.

ReplyDeleteI enjoyed this video a lot. Much of this I knew, but not all of it. Like how citrus also have caffeine and how it helps the bees brains remember the plant for pollination. The same being true for the pollination of coffee flowers. Because of course plants would do anything that wouldn't help them. Chemistry is cool, and so biology (which is really just chemistry of living things. Have a great T day Nita.

ReplyDeleteWell, that was quite interesting! I usually drink mine black, too. But for a treat I have it with cream and some non-sweetened additions of chocolate and caramel flavorings together! Delicious! :)

ReplyDeleteThis was a fabulous video, Nita. I loved watching it and I learned a bit, too. I am no longer drinking 1/2 and 1/2 in my coffee, but black instead. I use the darkest roast available because it tastes so good. Thanks for sharing this with us for T this Tuesday.
