It's darker every morning we walk, with the sun setting later each day, and it's been cooler, too. This morning we walked 3 miles in 49 minutes and 49 seconds.
Breakfast: raisin bran and hot tea. Lunch: turkey sandwich, chips, water. Supper: rice and roasted veffies with cheese and walnuts, water and dessert.
We watched The Raven in the Foregate during lunch. We watched The Rose Rent before bed.
