The thyme will...Just read the comment you left me. The thyme will overwinter outside. Mine has two years in a row, and my winters are MUCH colder than yours. I've never had good luck with Rosemary. It gets too dry in the winter indoors. I assure you, the mint (any variety) will overwinter outside. You cannot kill that stuff. And be grateful it's in a pot. If not, it would take over your entire garden and yard. Not sure about the oregano, since this is my first year to grow it not from seed.
