Thanksgiving Day Walk

After our Thanksgiving Day feast we realized we had eaten more than we should've so followed the meal with a little walk.

It gets dark so early these days!

  1. I love Thanksgiving day walks. Since it was just the hubby and I this year we ate a little later and it was dark so I didn't get a walk. It is looking quite fall-ish in your world right now. Guess autumn finally arrived. Hugs-Erika

  2. What a fabulous way to get rid of that stuffy feeling after a big meal. It's a really lovely area you live in.

    1. It really helped. I don't usually eat that much, and "stuffy" is a good word to describe that feeling. I love living close to parks! :)

  3. It looks like you had a lovely Thanksgiving! I enjoyed walking with you and seeing those lovely views and autumnal colours 😁. We always go for a walk on Christmas day after our meal and if we have overeaten, which we usually do ...lol 😉... it always makes me feel better too! It's definitely getting darker earlier, sunset here today was at 4pm. Wishing you a happy weekend! J 😊

    1. By 6 it feels like the middle of the night! Every year it feels strange. You'd think I'd get used to it....

  4. How beautiful! Yes, it gets dark so very early. Long cozy winter nights before us. I enjoy them. But it is nice to see some sun during the day--LOL! ;)

    1. I get sleepy once it's been dark for a while. I'll feel like it's time for bed and look at the clock, and it'll be 6 or 7 lol
