Strange to Meet You

Strange to Meet You:

is the original 1986 short sketch that became part of the Coffee and Cigarettes anthology film directed by Jim Jarmusch, who celebrated a birthday day before yesterday.

Please share a drink with the folks at the weekly T Tuesday blog party hosted at Bleubeard and Elizabeth's place.

  1. Ironic that I can see the image on my sidebar, but not on the screen when I visit you. I'll be SO glad when I get my new computer back. I DID check it out at Wikipedia, so thanks for the link there. I'm sure it is a great film, and one that is quite appropriate for T day. You come up with some of the best coffee/tea movies ever. Thanks for sharing this with us for T this Tuesday.

  6. Theater of the absurd. I loved the idea of drinking caffeine before bed to dream faster! :-D Wonderful little cups of espresso that never seemed to empty no matter how many times they took a sip. Hope you had a wonderful T Day

  9. When I was a smoker many many years ago I could totally relate to coffee and cigarettes being the best thing ever. Not sure why but they were the best.

  10. Never saw that. It looks like improv, right? Coffee popsicles - now there's an idea! Happy T Day!

    1. It does look improvisational, doesn't it. I'm not sure how much structure there was. I like coffee ice cream, so popsicles sounds good to me :)
