I saw this movie in the theater when it was released, and I've always gotten a big kick out of it. It is great fun. We have it on a VHS tape that we recorded from the TV, and it's available at googlevideo here:
Sadly it is no longer available for purchase new from any vendor we've checked with, though we're set to be notified the second we can buy a DVD release of it. [Update! Help! is now available on DVD, and we've got our very own copy bought brand new in a local store. The local store where I bought mine does not show the film online, so the link is to Barnes & Noble.
